The personal data submitted through this application form will be processed exclusively for the purpose of managing applications for the Artist Residency organized by IL GATTOPARDO APS.
The information collected may include identification and contact details, date of birth, nationality, biographical information, portfolio materials, project proposals, and any additional information voluntarily provided by the applicant.
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- evaluating your application;
- contacting you regarding the selection process;
- managing organizational and administrative aspects of the Artist Residency;
- complying with applicable legal obligations.
Providing the requested data is voluntary but necessary in order to submit and evaluate your application. Failure to provide the required information may prevent us from processing your application.
Your personal data will be processed by authorized personnel using appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure its security and confidentiality. It will not be disclosed to third parties except where necessary for the management of the selection process or where required by law.
Personal data will be retained only for the period necessary to complete the selection process and related administrative activities, and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
