Il Gattopardo Art Residence è una villa italiana situata sulle colline di Cairo Montenotte, un piccolo comune tra le Langhe e la Riviera Ligure.
L’edificio risale al 1787 ed è stato completamente restaurato nel 2022. Attualmente comprende 10 camere da letto, 2 cucine, oltre a monolocali indipendenti, ampi spazi comuni e una piscina.
It sits on a 20-hectare estate with rolling hills, fields and woods. Il Gattopardo offers up to a group of artists a venue where they can work individually and/or collectively surrounded by a quiet and peaceful natural environment, providing tranquility and inspiration, although the nearby town of Cairo Montenotte is only 3 kilometers away.
